Quick answers

• Most of the basics are covered on our FAQ and Pricing pages.
• Billing & cancellation: subscriptions are billed through Apple. To manage or cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple, per their policy.
• Delete your account or data: you can delete your account anytime in the app (Privacy & Data → Delete my account). See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Response time

We aim to reply to every message within one business day. If it's been longer, send a nudge — sometimes email filters get in the way.
